Designs Unlimited, Inc. appeals from the trial court’s order dismissing its complaint against Aldo Rodriguez d/b/a Pitusa Furniture (“Rodriguez”). The trial court determined that Rodriguez, a Florida resident, was not subject to personal jurisdiction in Georgia pursuant to OCGA § 9-10-91 (1). In its sole enumeration on appeal, Designs Unlimited argues for the first time that the trial court erred in failing to consider whether Rodriguez could be subject to jurisdiction under OCGA § 9-10-91 (2).
