R. W. Rowland, a resident of Carlisle county, Ky., died on January 20, 1932, at the age of 68 years. His wife died several years before he died. He left no chil dren. He was survived by three brothers, a sister, and children of a sister who had predeceased him. Otto Holt, appellee herein, was a nephew of decedent’s wife, and decedent and his wife took Otto into their home when he was four or five years of age and raised him to manhood.
