Affirming.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Barren circuit court, sitting in equity, in a suit filed to settle the estate of Sam C. Harlin, de'ceased. Mr. Harlin was married three times. He had eight children by his first wife, but none by his second wife. In February, 1981, when he was eighty-seven years of age, he married appellant, Eugenia Harlin.
