Amuflo and Isabel Oliva, the maternal grandparents of Christina Marie Oliva, a minor, appeal from the order of the circuit court of Kane County denying their petition to intervene in certain adoption proceedings. The child, Christina, was bom out of wedlock on December 17,1972, to Sylvia. Oliva, daughter of the appellants herein.
