Plaintiff-appellant Linda Mulligan appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of defendants-appellees, Ohio State University Board of Trustees and several of the University’s administrators. Mulligan brought her action in the district court, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, alleging that defendants unconstitutionally restricted her tenure rights as a faculty member of the University, in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s due process clause as well as the First and Fifth Amendments, by amending the University’s tenure policy in 1975 to provide for…
