—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Harold Beeler, J.), rendered June 8, 1999, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 6 to 12 years, unanimously affirmed.

The court properly exercised its discretion in imposing limitations upon defendant’s use of a courtroom demonstration concerning the degree of force employed by the arresting officer in effecting defendant’s arrest (see, People v Acevedo, 40 NY2d 701, 704).
