Clarke, Chief Justice.
James Dennis Adams was convicted of the malice murder of James Thomas Barrett and sentenced to life imprisonment. The defendant was also convicted of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and influencing a witness. He was sentenced to a term of years for these crimes, to run consecutively to the sentence of life imprisonment.
