I. INTRODUCTION

Northampton Township has appealed from this court’s decision of June 13, 2005, affirming the December 13, *932004 decision of the Northampton Township Zoning Hearing Board, which granted the application for special exception filed by John and Regina Reydler. This opinion is filed pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925(a).

II. PROCEDURAL AND FACTUAL BACKGROUND
