GARRARD, Presiding Judge.

On October 17, 1969, Arthur L. Freyman, Jr. made an $8,000 withdrawal from the savings account of Helen and Lee Creech at the Lafayette Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as the drawer bank) by means of a power of attorney bearing the forged signature of Helen Creech. To effect the withdrawal the drawer bank issued its draft drawn on its account at the Lafayette National Bank (hereinafter referred to as the payor bank) payable to Helen Creech.
