MILLER, District Judge.
The plaintiff Reynolds Metals Company brought this action to recover of the defendant Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania the sum of $221,697.40 with interest under a policy of insurance issued by the defendant to the plaintiff covering the period of January 15, 1937, to January 15, 1938. The policy insured against losses caused by fire, tornado, flood and other risks and perils of transportation.
