MANDELBAUM, District Judge.

This is a motion by the above-named bankrupt for an order enjoining and staying any and all proceedings on the part of the Irving Trust Company, as trustee in bankruptcy of Sonora Products Corporation of America (formerly known as Acoustic Products Company), a judgment creditor of ,the bankrupt, in enforcing the collection of a judgment against the bankrupt in the sum of $1,938,755.
