COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.
Stefania Harris applied for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. The Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denied Harris’s application. An administrative law judge (“ALJ”) determined that Harris’s history of diabetes did not meet the criteria for presumptive disability under 20 C.F.R.
