The defendant, Gus Lass, has taken a suspensive appeal from a judgment rendered by the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. Charles on January 14, 1946, wherein he was permanently restrained, enjoined and prohibited from going upon certain land situated near St. Rose, Louisiana, in St. Charles Parish, known as the Lambert Plantation, at the instance of plaintiffs, who allege that they are the owners of an undivided 10/99ths of the property.
