1Opinion of the Court

MARSTON, J:

An information was filed against the respondent charging him with having fraudulently and feloniously secured and converted to his own use, certain trunks and other property of the value of fifty-five dollars, without the consent of the owner thereof, and that he thereby in manner aud form aforesaid, feloniously did steal and carry away the same contrary to the statute, otc.
