Bisaner sued tbe Perseverance Mining Company in tbe superior court of Pickens county, upon an account for twelve months’ services rendered tbe company as superintendent in tbe year 1885, and tbe month of January, 1886. The suit was filed on tbe 5th day of April, 1887. On tbe 28th day of April, 1887, tbe company filed the plea of tbe general issue, and a special plea that tbe plaintiff bad failed to account for $1,000 which bad been sent him to expend for tbe company.
