This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of. Hamilton County renderéd in conformity to a verdict for the plaintiff.

In the original petition, the plaintiff stated that he had performed certain services for defendant as a licensed real estate agent at the request of the defendant, and that he was entitled to be compensated for the reasonable value thereof. The answer was, in effect, a general denial with an added defense of waiver of compensation. A reply was filed by plaintiff denying the new matter set up in the answer.
