CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is manufacturing intoxicating liquor; the punishment confinement in the penitentiary for three years.

Operating under a search warrant, officers searched appellant’s private residence and found therein a complete still having about two hundred gallons capacity, about one hundred barrels of mash, twelve or fifteen gallons of whiskey and twenty-two cases of empty fruit jars.
