Frank Williamson was convicted in the criminal court of Fulton County, under an accusation charging him-with keeping, maintaining, and operating a lottery known as the “number game.” The judge of the superior court overruled his certiorari, and exceptions are taken to this judgment. The evidence introduced by the State shows that certain police officers went to a residence at 347 Angier Avenue, about three o’clock on February 3, 1937, and found it locked.
