Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Monserrate, J.), rendered January 24, 1985, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree.

On this appeal, defendant complains of the refusal of County Court to grant him youthful offender treatment and of the severity of the sentence that was imposed. We find the contentions meritless in view of the fact that both the denial of youthful offender treatment and the sentence were part of defendant’s plea bargain.
