MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GIBSON, District Judge.
This case comes before the Court on Concurrent Technologies Corporation’s (“Defendant”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint and/or Quash Service Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(5) and 4(m). (Document Nos. 4-1 and 4-2).
