Plaintiff, Avtex Fibers, Inc., (Avtex) brings this diversity action against the defendants, Daily Express, Inc., (Daily Express) and Southern Spindle and Flyer Company, Inc., (Southern Spindle) for their alleged negligence in the rigging, loading, and transporting of five yard textile twisters (Ratti Twisters).
