ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation (Dkt.24) entered by Magistrate Judge Mark A. Piz-zo, and Plaintiffs objections thereto (Dkt.24).
