TODD, Justice.
Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury on three counts of knowingly transferring stolen property having a value of $150 or more. See Minn.Stat. § 609.53, subd. 1(1) (1980). The prosecution arose out of defendant’s sale of stolen property, on three different dates early in 1982, to undercover police officers posing as fences. The trial court sentenced defendant to concurrent prison terms of 25, 32 and 37 months.
