FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

Presently before the Court is the Complaint of George Lambrakis opposing the discharge of a debt owed to him by Shirley A. Jones, debtor in a Chapter 7 proceeding. Jurisdiction in this matter is vested in the Court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105 and Bankruptcy Rule 7001; the Complaint is made pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B).
