POPOVICH, J.:
¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County. Upon review, we reverse.
¶ 2 The relevant facts and procedural history are as follows. On May 7, 1998, appellant was arrested following his involvement in an altercation on West Broadway Street in Larksville. On September 2, 1998, appellant pleaded guilty.
