NORTHCOTT, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decree entered in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Virginia, in the matter of Ernest Boggs, bankrupt, in October, 1931, awarding certain real estate to-the appellee, Anna L. Bull. The real estate, a house and lot, is located in the city of Wil-liamsburg, Va. The facts as found by the referee in bankruptcy, and about which there is no dispute, are as follows:
