Defendants Richard T. Starke, Wiley Bratcher and General Finance Corporation appeal from an adverse judgment finding that they had converted certain automobiles belonging to East Lake Auto Sales Company, Inc. of Birmingham, Alabama.

Young Motors, Inc., while engaged in the automobile business in Pensacola, Florida, *401had for several years purchased automobiles from a number of dealers including East Lake, a wholesale automobile business located in Birmingham, Alabama.
