Plaintiff, Township of Jubilee (the Township), filed an action to quiet title against defendant, the State of Illinois (the State). The trial court denied the State’s motion to dismiss on jurisdiction grounds. Ultimately, the trial court granted the Township summary judgment, quieting title to a 2.5-acre parcel of land — referred to in this litigation as the “public square.” We affirm.
