This is a tort action in which the plaintiff alleged personal injury as a result of a slip and fall which o ccurred in the defendant’s store. The Court made the following findings: “On April 16,1985, the plaintiff was lawfully on the premises at the defendant’s supermarket in Canton. The plaintiff was injured when she slipped and fell on a piece of produce lying on a wet floor in the produce department.
