The plaintiff is a furniture manufacturer operating a plant in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, and the defendants had been acting as selling agents for the plaintiff in the City of New York for a number of years prior to the bringing of suit in this case, and, prior to the 1st day of January, 1932, operated under an oral agreement which provided that the plaintiff should ship furniture, and photographs of its furniture, to the defendant’s showroom in New York which property remained the property of the plaintiff until sold by the defendant.
