This action was brought to recover damages for the loss of a trunk and its contents, which trunk had been delivered by. the plaintiffs to the defendant at the city of Passaic, New Jersey, to be carried to Eernwood, Pennsylvania. The cause was tried before the District Court judge, without a jury, and the judge ordered judgment in favor of plaintiffs for $200.
