Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found that petitioner had violated certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner, an inmate at Great Meadow Correctional Facility, was charged in a misbehavior report dated July 30, 1984 with violating prison rules prohibiting fighting and possession of a weapon.
