This is an original proceeding in this court to review an order and award made by the State -Industrial Commission on June 23, 1932, in favor of J. L. Keener, claimant herein.
The record shows that, on January 12. 1927, the claimant suffered an accidental injury by being struck on the head with a two-inch pipe while employed by the petitioner herein. That, on January 19, 1927, claimant filed his claim for compensation with the State Industrial Commission. Hearings were had thereon, and on April 5, 1928. the Commission entered its order finding that by reason of the aforesaid injury claimant…
