OPINION
STEWART, Justice.
Drexel Dinero Cook appeals from a jury conviction of the offense of burglary of a habitation. The trial court assessed punishment at thirty years’ confinement. In three points of error, appellant argues that the trial court erred in (1) overruling a motion to suppress evidence because it was a result of an illegal stop and arrest, (2) admitting a parole-violation warrant in violation of the best-evidence rule, and (3) admitting a parole-violation warrant because it is inadmissible under Cole v.
