STAGG, District Judge:

Roland Joyce (“Joyce”) and CTC Minerals, Inc. (“CTC”), appeal the denial of their motion to stay the litigation in the district court pending the results of arbitration. We reverse the denial of the motion to stay the litigation, and we remand to the district court with instructions to enter an order: (1) staying all claims asserted by Peter Harvey (“Harvey”) and Robert Lof-blad (“Lofblad”) pending arbitration; and (2) sending all claims asserted against Joyce to binding arbitration.
