Affirming.

At the general election to be field on tfie 4tfi of November, 1924, in tfie city of Louisville, in Jefferson county, there will be candidates for federal, state, and municipal offices, including offices of tfie board of education in Louisville; there will also be submitted several public measures, one affecting tfie state at large, and tfie others tfie municipality of Louisville.

By statute tfie names of candidates for tfie board of education of the city are not placed under any emblem, and are required to be placed upon a separate ballot.
