This is an action brought in the district court of Kay county by the Griffith Amusement Company, a corporation, against the city of Blackwell, its mayor, chief of police, and the city commissioners, to enjoin them from enforcing an ordinance requiring plaintiff to close its picture show on Sunday, and to enjoin them from arresting and prosecuting its employees for operating its shows on Sunday in violation of the ordinance.
