This is an appeal from a judgment in the amount of $110,000 in favor of the plaintiff for injuries sustained by him as the result of an automobile accident which occurred on the North Tri-State Tollway on August 11, 1960. On that night plaintiff, with his wife and ‘two daughters, was driving in a northerly direction in his 1941 Plymouth automobile with a two-wheel trailer attached.
