This case was tried non-jury on December 26, 1991. The same involves a cargo claim on miscellaneous household goods and personal property shipped by plaintiffs from Puerto Rico to Florida. The goods were turned over for transportation to Olympo Transport Co. of Puerto Rico, Inc. (“Olympo”), a non-vessel operating common carrier, on September 11, 1989.
