This action was brought in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey by the Villa Corporation, a Pennsylvania resident, against S. D. Walker, Inc., and Laurence Harbor Heights Company, both New Jersey corporations, jurisdiction being founded upon diversity of citizenship. The Villa Corporation, appellant here, sought a decree of specific performance of a contract for the conveyance of New Jersey land, together with consequential damages.
