Appellant Christopher Sutton was convicted of malice murder and other crimes in connection with the shooting death of Dwight Smith. He appeals, asserting, inter alia, the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence. Finding no error, we affirm.
