OPINION

This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the Defendant, Janice E. Lies-cheidt (DEBTOR), to dismiss the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, Ambassadors Travel Services, Inc. (AMBASSADORS), because it was filed too late.
The DEBTOR filed her Chapter 13 petition on November 10, 2008, and the meeting of creditors was scheduled for December 11, 2008. Notice of the meeting and other deadlines was sent to all creditors by the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court.
