OPINION

The above entitled matter came on for a full hearing on March 8 and 9, 1971 in compliance with the Order of the District Court of August 17, 1970 requiring a “full and plenary hearing.” In open Court, testimony was heard from Mr. Victor Hutchins, Mrs. Sandra Hutchins, Dr. Donald Beacock, Mrs. Mary C. Hutchins, and Mrs. Anne Bartlett.
