This is .an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Bedford county. The controversy involves the right of Letitia A. Satterwhite, a married woman, and W. J. Oppenheim, a widow, to have set apart to each her respective interest in a house and lot as a homestead exemption. In the year 1890 these parties engaged •as partners in the retail liquor business.
