CLEVENGER, Circuit Judge.
DeKalb Genetics Corporation (“De-Kalb”) appealed the fraudulent inducement, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement jury verdicts in favor of Rhone-Poulenc Agro, S.A. (“RPA”), as well as the award of punitive damages and several related post-trial rulings made by the district court. On November 19, 2001, this court issued a ruling which affirmed the appealed jury verdicts and district court rulings. Rhone-Poulenc Agro SA v.
