On February 14, 1921, the first named plaintiff recovered judgment in the trial court against Adam Scheetz and’ Nick Scheetz for $9,192.12; and the same day, the other named plaintiff procured judgment against the same defendants for $10,205.36. Executions were issued on these judgments, and returned unsatisfied, and they are still unpaid.
