Anna B. Noel and her husband, Gr. L. Noel, commenced action to recover damages for personal injuries which they allege Anna B. sustained in a collision at a point near Joseph City, Arizona, on Highway 66, February 17, 1931, about 10 o’clock P. M., between defendant Selmer Ostlie’s Ford sedan, being driven by defendant, and a De Soto roadster in which she was riding, being driven by one Bernice J. Rowe.
