On the fourteenth day of October, nineteen hundred and twenty-one, the American Tool and Machine Company, by its promissory note of that date, promised to pay to the order of the Lancaster Foundry Company, appellee, the sum of eighteen hundred and one dollars and sixty-five cents three months after date, with interest, at Bel Air Road and Southern Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, for value received.
