Quincy Wilson, appellant/plaintiff below (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Wilson”), appeals an adverse ruling by the Circuit Court of Hancock County which granted summary judgment to the Daily Gazette Company, appellee/defendant below (hereinafter referred to as “The Gazette”).
