MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court is the Motion for Dismissal Pursuant to § 1112(b)(lf) (the “Motion to Dismiss”) and the Motion for Relief of the Automatic Stay Pursuant to § 862(d) (the “Motion for Relief’ and, with the Motion to Dismiss, the “Motions”) filed by Dougherty Funding, LLC.
